6.
Under "User Information" enter the name you would like to be displayed
next to the emails that you send. Usually this should be your full name
(i.e. "John Doe"), but in some cases it may be something like
"Accounting" or "Sales". For "E-mail Address", put in the email address
that you will be using for this account (i.e. john.doe@domain.com).

|
7. Under "Logon Information", enter your full email address (the one you used in step 6) and the password assigned to you.
|
8.
Under "Server Information" For the "Incoming mail server (POP3):" text
box, you can use "mail.domain.com" where
"domain.com" is replaced by the domain name for your website. The same value for the Incoming mail
server should be used for the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server (SMTP):"
text box.
|
9. Click on the
"More Settings.." button. This will open the "Internet E-Mail Settings"
window. Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab. Make sure that the box next
to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". You can leave
"Use same settings as my incoming mail server" selected.

|
10. Click "OK". This will drop you back to the "E-mail Accounts" window.
|
11. Click "Next".
|
12. Click "Finish". This will close the wizard.

|
| Your Outlook 2003 has now been configured to use the DynaClaim Hosting servers. |
| Note:
Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) do not allow use of SMTP servers
outside of their network. In this case, you will have to contact your
ISP to see what the settings are for your outgoing SMTP server. |
