All DynaClaim clients with email services gets access to our WebMail service for free. WebMail allows you to send and receive emails through your web browser. This service allows you to check your email from any computer with a browser and internet connection, anywhere in the world.

You access WebMail by adding "/mail" to the end of your domain name, such as "http://www.dynaclaim.com/mail". We recommend and support Internet Explorer to access WebMail, but WebMail works with most browsers. We strongly recommend you use Webmail and the great tools that come with it (Address Books, Calendar, Mail Rules, etc.). WebMail frees you from having to use any particular computer to access your email. And it's the one email service that we officially support.

If you having trouble sending or receiving email, the first thing you should do is test sending and receiving through WebMail, not third-party client software like Outlook or Outlook Express. If you can send and receive email through WebMail, but not through Outlook or other software packages, then your trouble most likely lies with your third party software.

How to Access Webmail
Webmail is accessed through your web browser, and by typing your company domain name followed by "/mail". Your URL will look like this: http://www.yourdomain.com/mail, where "yourdomain" is replaced by the name of your domain.

When you reach the login page for your email system, you will see a login form like the one shown below. To access your email account, enter your full email address as the user name, and your password in the password field.

Third Party Email Software
DynaClaim cannot provide free support for third party email client software. Typically the software publisher will be the one providing you support for those products. If you would prefer that DynaClaim support your third-party email software, we can do so at $90.00 per hour. Contact us to request support.
